Customer Service – Help & Pay By Phone
- You can pay by phone via ACI Payments (for an additional fee) using the following phone number: 888-608-6687. The CarHop Finance/UAC phone number for other customer service is 800-414-2622. (You can also set up automatic payments using this number.)
Pay In Person
- You can make your payments at any CarHop location.
