Have Google Call You
If you don’t want to wait on hold with Google for your Google Pay questions, use this customer care page to request “Get A Call” service when a rep becomes available. This requires you to log in to your Google account.
Chat
Log in using this link to go through the “contact flow”, which will try to answer your support question by automated means, but will connect you with a live person via chat if your request isn’t satisfied.

This isn’t the fastest way to get help, but “tweeting” at @GooglePay on Twitter is sometimes a way to bypass telephone customer service at busy times or when Google can’t be reached by phone for some other reason.
