Updated February 25, 2021 – In order to reach Woot customer service, you have to either log in to your Woot account or use your Amazon credentials to log in and get to the customer service area. Go to https://account.woot.com/support to get started.
Woot will attempt to solve your customer service issue online by asking you the general topic (order problem, account issue, etc.) and then some more specific questions to give you answers to common questions. However, if this automated service system doesn’t help you, you will usually end up having to fill out a form that emails Woot your question. If your question is about a specific order, you may be given a support phone number to call (but this is rare). You’ll usually have to wait for Woot to contact you.
